RobinClaim helps people in the United States solve everyday legal problems on their own, for free, in plain English and Spanish. Instead of long articles, our guides give a result: the rule in your state, the deadline, the office, the form, and a letter or calculator to act on it.
What we are, and what we are not
RobinClaim is published by RobinClaim LLC. We are not a law firm and not a government agency. We don't give legal advice, we don't represent anyone and we don't file anything for you. Using our sites does not create a lawyer-client relationship. For advice about your own case, contact a legal aid office or a lawyer referral service; our finder links both for every state.
The network
RobinClaim is a network of topic sites, each focused on one problem and covering all 50 states and the District of Columbia (Divorce Law Map: 48 state guides so far):
- Small Claims Map: Someone owes you money and won't pay: sue without a lawyer for limits, fees, forms and a demand letter.
- Tenant Rights Map: You rent your home: getting a security deposit back, repairs, eviction notices and rent rules, with free letters.

- Exemption Map: You own and live in your home: homestead, senior, veteran and disability breaks, and how to apply.
- Owed Map: Money you forgot about: old accounts, deposits, refunds and checks the state holds for you, free to claim.
- Divorce Law Map: Ending a marriage: how long you must live in the state, the waiting period, filing fees, official forms and what to do if you're served.
The network is expanding to more everyday problem areas, such as debt collectors, scams and consumer complaints, child custody and child support, bankruptcy and debt relief, accidents and injuries, immigration, tickets, dui and criminal charges, discrimination at work.
