Virginia small claims courts by county

Each county and independent city is served by a General District Court (in small localities a combined General and Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court); a few counties share one court with a neighboring independent city. File in the court for the city or county where the defendant lives or mainly works, where a business has its main office or registered agent, or where the events happened.
