Delaware small claims courts by county

Delaware's Justice of the Peace Court is one statewide court with numbered locations; civil claims up to $25,000 are heard at one civil location in Kent County (Court 16, Dover) and Sussex County (Court 17, Georgetown) and two in New Castle County (Court 13 in New Castle and Court 9 in Middletown). File in the county where the defendant lives.
